My name is Anna Mazowiecka and I am a qualified counsellor holding a Postgraduate Clinical Diploma in Counselling (PgDC) in Transactional Analysis (TA)awarded by the Middlesex University London. I also use elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) based on Mindfulness Practice which very well address the “present moment” difficulties from the perspective of “here and now” as well as so called DBT Skills (Dialectic Behaviour Therapy) which is very effective for emotional regulation. Apart from my degree in counselling, I hold a BA in Business Administration and an MA in Marketing and Management.
I currently work in private practice in West London/Ealing and in Gillingham/Kent. From 2007-2017 I have been also volunteering part-time to support vulnerable adults at a couple of charity organisations based in London. In 2015-2016 I worked as a freelance for the NHS IAPT service in Kent. From 2016 I offer sessions for clients with private medical insurance with Bupa,Vitality,Aviva, AXA PPP and Aetna.
I am a member of BACP (The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) as MBACP (Accred), GHR (Heneral Hypnotherapy Register), And CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).
I have regular supervision and I continually invest in my professional development (please click on the link to see all recent trainings).
